• Review Housing Inventory with you after listening to your objectives and developing a profile of the type of home you are looking for. Introducing you to homes that you may not have discovered, but that fit what you are looking for.
• California Home Buyer Programs are available to help you to buy a home. We give you questions that you can present to your lender to make sure that you are benefiting from these program where you can.
• Touring homes once you are pre-approved by a lender is one of the most fun aspects of buying a home. We will show you homes that meet your specifications with the goal of helping you to find that property that you would be excited about and proud to own.
• Managing the transaction. Once you have found the home that you would like to buy, we negotiate on your behalf to save you as much money as possible until your offer is accepted. We then present you with the necessary paperwork needed to close the transaction. When it is all done, we give you the keys to your new home!
